Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring Lathe Machinists for their 2nd shift! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities

Setup/Operate CNC Vertical Turning.
Load fixture in machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part specific operations which would be noted on job router.
Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements, document measurements on inspection documents.
Seek supervisory help if machine fails, or measurements get completely outside limits.
Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets.
Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
AS9100 Experience a plus
Ability to read GD&T Code
Ability to use all measuring tools.
