Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As the person responsible for quality control of completed vehicles, you will:

- Report to the Assistant Manager for Quality Control.

- Implement actions and drive quality improvement through the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data.

- Analyze internal and external quality indicators to determine trends and drive continuous improvement.

- Research and investigate quality issues to determine root cause.

- Support execution and implementation of quality inspection and improvement activities for mass-produced vehicles.

- Conduct analysis of completed vehicles to ensure conformity to international standards.

Work Experience/Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science Engineering, Information Science/Technology Engineering, or IT Programming.

- Proficiency in programming using different software.

Quality Inspection

- Establish/improve inspection methods to prevent leakage/flow out of post-processes.

- Support development and maintenance of attendance tracking and analysis.

Improvement

- Analyze vehicle problems and facilitate improvement activities.

- Analyze statistical and historical quality data and drive improvement through trend analysis.

- Manage quality facility/equipment and investment cost.

- Coordinate external events and participate in new vehicle projects.

Other Duties

- Manage ongoing systems and operations.

- Monitor vehicle faults and ensure adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems.

- Plan, control, and monitor corrective actions for quality non-conformities.

- Support company certifications and generate troubleshooting reports.

Qualifications & Preferences

Minimum:

- Bachelor’s degree required (Preference: STEM).

- 2+ years of related job experience in Quality Control or automobile-related teams.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Microsoft 365 products.

Travel Requirement

- Domestic/International travel required.
