We are seeking a full-time registered licensed nurse for our Infection Preventionist/Staff Development Coordinator position. This candidate will act as the coordinator of an infection prevention and control program to oversee the general application of the infection control guidelines. Conducts all staff in-services including mandatory in-services and ongoing nursing assistant training to comply with federal guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a registered nurse.
• Knowledge of infection control, epidemiology, quality improvement, and adult education principles.
• Certification in Infection Control by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology (CBIC).
