Mobile Staff Solutions is hiring an experienced & reliable Industrial Painter/Sandblaster for our client in the Tampa, FL area.
The Industrial Painter is responsible for supporting shop operations. The perfect candidate will have vast experience working with several paint/stain manufacturers, and is knowledgeable with their products and application requirements. The candidate will have experience in the preparation and application of paints to different types of surfaces such as: Rinse, drain, or wipe coated doors to remove excess coating material or to facilitate setting of finish coats on product.
Pay range: $20- $22/ hour (based on experience)
MUST HAVES / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
- Must Have Minimum 2 years, previous Sandblasting & Industrial Painting experience (preferably in Steel Construction)
- Must Have Experience using Sanders, grinders, polishers
- Must Have Previous experience setting up & operating various spray systems..
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Prefer someone w/ previous supervisory/team leader experience
- Prefer someone w/ current or expired certifications in: various Painting Operations and/or Programming and/or AutoBody Paint and/or Fender Repair etc.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Possess Strong Organization Skills and Time Management Skills
