We are seeking a Real Estate Residential Sales Agent to join our Team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment who is Driven to be a top-producing agent. The position will focus on a Buyer Agent Specialist.
This position is commission only with a steady flow of leads, high accountability, coaching, mentoring, and a Transaction Coordinator to handle your contracts through closing.
Compensation:$129,500+ Yearly
Responsibilities:- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
