Job Description
Extreme Machining LLC is seeking a fabrication shop supervisor with a prior managerial role in a fabrication/machine shop to manage and coordinate fabrication and machining work orders. Visit us at www.extrememachining.net
Requirements:Responsibilities
• Review work orders: organize and order necessary materials
• Maintain the production schedule ensuring deadlines are being met
• Monitor, manage, and coordinate daily activities to personnel on shop floor
• Inspect jobs for accuracy during production and upon completion
• Measure with precision
• Set up and operate equipment when needed
• Lift and move heavy objects (50lb+)
• Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is maintained
• Communicate effectively and positively with shop and office personnel as well as management
• Perform other reasonable tasks when necessary as requested by management
• The responsibilities are not limited to this list
