Position Highlights:

• Role: Nursing Director, Labor and Delivery
• Compensation: $100,000 to $135,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Labor and Delivery department, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
• Manage departmental budget and staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure continuous improvement and integration of department services into the hospital’s primary function.
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff, patients, and community members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN or master’s in a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Licensure: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
• Skills: Strong decision-making skills and computer proficiency are essential.
