Document Review Attorney

Special Counsel has an upcoming, onsite source code review project seeking a document review attorney or paralegal in the Redwood City, CA area to start around Monday, July 13th.  Please see assignment details and requirements below and submit your resume ASAP if you are available for this project.

Assignment Details:

• Anticipated Start Date: Monday, July 13th, 2020
• Expected Duration: Approximately 1-2 days
• Pay: 32/hour for licensed contract attorney or 26/hour for qualified paralegal
• Location: Client location in Redwood City, CA
• Responsibilities: Contract attorney or paralegal will sit with opposing counsel and review the code.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: eDiscovery experience highly preferred
• Bar/License: For contract attorney candidates, must have active license to practice law in any U.S. state.  For paralegal candidates, must possess paralegal certificate.
• Technical Skills: Solid technical skills are needed as this is a source code review
• Must clear client-specific conflicts and complete COVID-19 pre-employment checklist to ensure you can sit onsite for the review
