Cosmetic Physician Partner is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics in the US. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. You should be proficient in using accounting software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with the preparation of financial reports
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with year year-end audit request
Perform other accounting and financial tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks)
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
