NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Quality Control
Temp to Perm

Location: KINGS MOUNTAIN, NC

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00am to 4:00pm ) - Flexibility Required for Extended Hours as Production Dictates

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour, increase upon conversion

Basic Functions:

Use a variety of subjective and objective Quality Assessment techniques to determine if products meet the fit, form and functional requirements of the customer.
Use a variety of measurement tools including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, and specialized go/no-go gages.
Perform inspection of completed product following inspection instructions, cab traveler and Dents and Dings, and ensure that the customer receives exactly the product ordered, free of defects.
Notify appropriate personnel of nonconforming products that require rework/repairs with written descriptions of the required corrective actions.
Inspect product a second time after repairs are completed.
Perform other duties as assigned by team leader, facilitator, or manager.

Requirements:

Understanding and comply with CVG’s Quality Policy and Mission Statement.
Understanding and comply with Safety Policies and Practices which include wearing PPE.
Basic Education Requirements are high school diploma and/or GED with basic math skills and reading comprehension.
