Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of scheduling, client accountability, quality assurance, inventory ordering, and expense tracking. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can maintain high operational efficiency and effectiveness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Coordinate with team leaders to adjust schedules based on operational needs.
Client Accountability:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all services meet or exceed expectations.
Handle client communications and resolve any issues promptly to uphold our commitment to top-notch service.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all cleaning services adhere to company and industry standards.
Regularly review service feedback to improve our operations continuously.
Inventory Ordering:
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and operational readiness.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Expense Tracking:
Monitor and report on operational expenses to ensure budget compliance.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other scheduling/operational software. Must be technologically savvy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
