We are looking for a talented Production Manager who will manage and facilitate the production of athletic training content, with a heavy emphasis on video, from a variety of 1st and 3rd party contributors located around the globe.  Reporting into the Director of Content Strategy, you will immediately take the reins of our content production pipeline, establishing processes for partner onboarding, coordinate logistical components of live shoots, facilitate delivery of all audio / video assets, and more.  This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with aspirations to take their production skills to the next level during a time of exciting growth.  We believe that our customers deserve the best platform, and we are on a mission to maximize and enhance their performance through creation and deliver of high-quality content. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and oversee communication, deliverables, and budgets for all video related projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external partners and act as a key communication point between external and internal teams to coordinate and communicate plans, objectives, and status updates for video related projects
  • Organize and manage assets key to the production of creative & video related content
  • Create and own a video production schedule and calendar
  • Plan and schedule shoots for a small team on a global scale
  • Support discovery of shoot locations, negotiate cost, and ensure location agreements are executed
  • Onboard all new 3rd party production partners, ensuring smooth and timely payment for services rendered
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, brand / creative, product, sports science, and content licensing
  • Manage the team's production needs to deliver high-quality content within required budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in video production and storytelling

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 5+ years video or video-related production management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with both in-house and 3rd party production partners
  • Strong understanding of audio / video production tools and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Desire to develop strong internal relationships to foster cross-functional support and comraderie
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience finding and negotiating with production companies, location sources, and on-camera talent
  • Ability to think holistically about the full range of content usage within our eco-system
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort with, and flexibility to, manage projects across multiple international time zones
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Experience with sports or education-related content, a plus
