Marketing & Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and sales support during in-store interactions where you are marketing and promoting home improvement services
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both retail and client practices
• Communicate with marketing and sales team to best address customer needs and monitor campaign performance
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team
• Stay up-to-date on latest home improvement trends and demonstrate creative thinking to create innovative marketing campaigns
• Think on your feet and confidently problem-solve, overturn objections and answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner

• Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration degree preferred
• Passionate and driven about telling a brand story and enhancing marketability
• Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
• Retail, Sales, Marketing, or Branding background preferred but not required
• Confident interacting with customers and promoting brand awareness in a retail environment
• Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
