Temporary CapEx Project

We are seeking a CapEx Project to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets for CAPEX projects.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project feasibility studies and financial analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
• Assist with the coordination of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to drive project success.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the project management team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing, Management, Finance, or related field; recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong academic record with a keen interest in project management, finance, or construction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.

Duration:

The internship duration is 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
