Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identifies and applies client’s specifications to accurately complete process and key client materials.
• Works efficiently within a team environment to meet client deadlines and service level agreements.
• Maintains a record of completed work.
• Follows instructions and communicates with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines.
• Maintains levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

Key Skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 10,000 alpha numeric and 10-key strokes per hour (KSPH) at a 98% accuracy or better
• Ability to identify different document types
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to develop interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Knowledge of various computer applications
