We are hiring an HVAC Technician responsible for all aspects of repairs and maintenance in warehouse facilities.

Job Description

- Start, operate, repair, and maintain several pieces of equipment, including heating and air conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, electrical, and other building-related systems equipment;

- Perform major repairs and replacements of mechanical plant equipment;

- Install, repair, and calibrate pneumatic and electric controls required for the temperature and humidity;

- Perform inspections and repairs on equipment and systems as required by company practices, regulations, and ordinances;

- Review and interpret work order requests, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans, and mechanical equipment drawings;

- Climb ladders, working aloft, moving, and lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.

HVAC Technician skills, qualifications, and requirements

** Certification from a technical or vocational school in ventilating, heating, and air conditioning;

- At least 2+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and heating maintenance;

- A valid refrigeration license is wanted for this position and it must be maintained throughout your employment;

- A valid state driver's license.
