Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor for our security guard company. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management of security personnel assigned to a set location. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of security guards, implementing security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards deployed to a set location.
Conduct a regular site inspection to ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Train new security personnel on company policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and complaints and prepare detailed reports as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to security guards in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts.
Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security plans.
Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents, activities, and personnel assignments.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security guards to enhance their effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies regarding security operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a supervisory role in the security industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Proficiency in using surveillance equipment, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and make effective decisions in stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid security guard license and any other relevant certifications.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security management is a plus.
