Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.

About the Job

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Program Coach Manager to join the LifeWise team. This role is a full-time position focused on the management and coordination of the Program Health Division. An ideal candidate is one with leadership and operations experience. The position will operate remotely or out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio while cultivating and giving oversight to a team aimed at serving LifeWise programs across the country.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the LifeWise Vice President of Program Health, translating ideas into functional plans for the team
• Create strategic plans and processes for supporting LifeWise programs
• Provide oversight, support and management of projects, tasks and communication necessary to achieve team goals
• Develop comprehensive processes, goals and key performance indicators for program coaches
• Assist in attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing team members
• Compile and analyze data in order to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop comprehensive processes, goals and key performance indicators for Program Health team members
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
• 5+ years management experience
• Successful experience in the functions of planning, organizing, staffing and leading
• Experience working in an organization using EOS/Traction (preferred)
• Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs
