Gillmann Services is currently seeking qualified Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our team in Land O Lakes, Tampa, and Plant City FL. We offer competitive wages, great benefits, and growth opportunity along with steady year-round employment. Pay DOE and/or Certification.
Job duties
Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnosis/repairs on heavy equipment such as forklifts, large dozers, excavators and loaders, Maintenancing hydraulic systems, electrical systems diesel engines and steering systems, diagnosing and repairing any faulty equipment and much more. This is a full time position. Pay for this position is depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Diesel Engine experience required
- Electrical diagnosis, repair and installation
- At least 5 years of related experience preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat, crawl and lift on a daily basis
- Must be able to multitask on a daily basis

Willing to entertain recent graduate with 1-2 years construction experience in DOT / Civil projects.
