The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a number of factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive collision repair performing repairs
• Must have your own tools
• Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency & maintain cycle time
• Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff
• Responsible for all repairs be completed correctly and following all OEM procedures
• Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner
• Maintain information within estimating software to reflect vehicles' current repair status
• Quality control all work and provide feedback and coaching to both the technician team and paint team

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• ICAR, ASE, and OEM training are preferred but not required
• HS Diploma or GED, Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and pull
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs
• Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs)
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
• Standing, sitting, and walking
• Performing repetitive motions
