Position Overview:

As a Foreman Electrician, you will be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring that all electrical construction jobs are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the planning, layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and enforce deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and electrical codes.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrical foreman or supervisory role in electrical construction.
• Current electrician license in the state of Texas.
• Current driver's license
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication abilities to liaise with team members, management, and clients.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• OSHA 30 (can be obtained upon hiring)
