Overview

Winston Staffing Services, a recruitment firm in NY and NJ, is assisting a prestigious, nationally-known bank, in seeking Corporate Paralegal candidates for their Cherry Hill, NJ, location.

Salary

$110k-$125k/year

Location

Cherry Hill, NJ, on-site 5 days/week

Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance
Private Equity Transactions
Due Diligence

Qualifications:

A paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree.
5+ years of US experience as a corporate/transactional paralegal in a corporate setting. Financial services preferred.
Proficiency with iManage, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & ChromeRiver (preferred.)
Positive attitude and an appetite for professional development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and prioritize meeting conflicting and urgent deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
