We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based therapy team in Zionsville/Indianapolis locations. The successful candidate should have previous experience working in a school-based setting. Pay Rate:

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and individual needs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the education team to address students' therapeutic goals within the classroom environment.
Implement therapeutic interventions and strategies to enhance students' motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of students' progress, treatment plans, and session notes. Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals regarding students' therapy goals and progress.
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other collaborative activities to support students' educational and therapeutic needs. Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and trends in school-based occupational therapy.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to special education and school-based therapy services.
Strong understanding of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and fine motor skills. Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual student needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and other professionals effectively.
Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentations, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced school environment
