Management Analyst II

The Management Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support for engineering, science management, operations research, analysis, or financial/cost analysis. This role involves the collection, review, and analysis of information to make recommendations to the Government, supporting various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Command and Control (C2) systems across multiple platforms supporting Department of Defense end users.

Specific Duties:

• Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures, to support decision-making processes.
• Develop solutions to problems by understanding the nature of the organization, its relationship with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models to aid in analysis and decision-making.
• Support warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, tagging and labeling, and database maintenance.
• Perform inventory demand management analysis to determine minimum and maximum levels of Ready for Issue (RFI) spares.
• Manage inventory in accordance with NAVSUP P-723, Inventory Integrity Standards, and NAVSUP Internal Control Aids (ICA)/Lines of Effort (LOE) procedures.
• Verify requisitions using Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and configuration information to ensure properly configured material is provided.

Experience Requirements:

• Seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Experience shall include the collection, review, and analysis of information to make recommendations to the Government.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
