Role

As a CNC Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) Machinist (also known as CNC Mill Operator, CNC Machinist), you'll operate and maintain CNC Horizontal Machining Centers, perform machine setups for production runs, read and interpret blueprints, utilize G-Code and M-Code programming, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and adhere to ISO 9001 Certification standards and Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Qualifications

Machinist Journeyman and/or 5 years machining experience with CNC Operation, Setup, and Programming. Ability to Read, Write, and Edit NC Data.
Experience with large mill operations.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge of G-Code, M-Code, and machine brands such as Fanuc, Kitamura, Okuma, Makino, Okuma.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
