 We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who are certified personal trainers to join our dynamic team here at NXGen Fitness Center. As a Personal Trainer with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members by designing personalized fitness programs, providing one-on-one coaching and guidance, and fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, abilities, and limitations.

- Design customized workout plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.

- Provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and motivation during personal training sessions.

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety, and lifestyle choices to support their overall wellness.

- Maintain a clean and organized training area and equipment.

 Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized fitness organization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.

- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, safety, and anatomy.

- CPR and First Aid certification.
