Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Aurora, CO 

Compensation: $19.50-$22.00/hour

Fogg System Company is a well-established electronics manufacturing company and has been in business for more than 50 years, based in Aurora, Colorado. We have an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers using custom software applications.
• Process cash receipts / track and apply payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and invoices.
• Process vendor credits and returns.
• Enter purchase orders.
• Manage customer order files and accounting files.
• Prepare paperwork and backup for check runs.
• Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Perform accounts receivable collections activities as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Computer proficiency including experience with the suite of Microsoft Office products. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with pleasant phone etiquette.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers, suppliers, management, and other team members.
