Production Technician I

As part of the Manufacturing Unit, the Production Technician/Operator is responsible for producing compounded products and maintaining the facility and equipment.

Reports to: Manufacturing Director

Our positions are on On-Site Full-Time position in Southlake, TX. The hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday.

$19 hourly - Varies Based on Experience

• Follow good documentation practices to complete necessary documentation when appropriate.
• According to established SOPs and as permitted based on training; Clean/maintain facilities, Clean/maintain equipment, and Package products in primary and secondary packaging.
• Assist with any other production tasks in the facility as assigned. 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to act effectively as a member of a team to resolve problems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices.

Physical and Special Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• May need to lift, up to 40 pounds.
• Limited exposure to potentially hazardous substances.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with registration in good standing and current technician license in the state of Texas (Preferred).
• High School Diploma.
• No prior felonies and no misdemeanors in relation to controlled substances.
