Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to elderly clients, following their individualized care plan
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and errand running
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain documentation of care provided and any changes observed in the client's condition
• Escort clients to appointments and provide transportation assistance as needed
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a sense of companionship and support
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish relationships with clients and their families
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
