Job Description

Quattro Climate Control, a nationwide HVAC installation company and a turnkey specialist, is looking for a dependable, hard-working HVAC/R Sheet Metal Helper/Apprentice. Quattro performs a high volume of renovation and new construction installs for the residential and light commercial markets for the Flagstaff area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists Lead HVAC installer with commercial HVAC installations, which includes rooftop units, gas/oil furnaces, air conditioners, refrigeration piping and heat pumps
Assists Lead HVAC installer with ductwork installations and modifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of service and maintenance for a variety of HVAC systems in both residential & light commercial, a plus (we are 98% residential).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUI breathalyzer to be installed in company van).
Be able to pass a background check.
Well groomed, neat appearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly, personable way with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
Strong attention to detail.
