Job Description

Summary

Williamson County Schools is looking for a before and after school site leader in Brentwood for our school age child care program. We are looking for our next dynamic, child loving superstar to lead a before and after school program at Crockett Elementary School.

Full-time position with benefits and paid time off.
Hours are 6:30-9:30 am and 3:00-6:00 pm on school days with onsite admin hours and meetings
8-hour shifts during full day programming between 6:30 am-6:00 pm.

Duties

OverviewSiteLeaders manage the day-to-day operation of the before and after school program for students in kindergarten through fifth grade at their assigned location. Required hours are 6:15-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. with requiredadministrative hours during the day and trainings. During full days should be available for shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Responsibilities include

Creating child schedules and activities for after school program, full days of care, and summer day camp
Regular communication with parents
Scheduling and supervising staff
Approve weekly payroll
Purchasing supplies for program
Maintain state compliance regulations
Collect fees due from parents and outstanding balances
Build relationships with school admin and school staff at assigned school location

Requirements

Requirements

High School Diploma, college degree preferred
Child Care experience
Management experience
Successfully pass criminal background check
Current first aid/ CPR certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
