Per Diem

The Senior Company is seeking per diem RNs to work in northern New Jersey! We are a dual accredited, private duty home health care company, looking for flexible candidates.

This is not shift work, this is a Per Visit pay. Pay rate depends on what type of visit/service is being provided.

Requirements:

Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
PPD or Chest X-Ray
Valid Driver's License
Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities include but not limited (on an as needed basis):

Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
Able to take on-call
Medbox fills
Develop care plan for clients as needed
Able to supervise and guide Certified HHA's through the care plan
Maintain documentation needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
Following all clinical and office policies
