We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist in our busy guardianship practice area. At least three years of probate paralegal experience is required.

Essential Job Duties:
- Schedule probate consultations for potential clients and appointments for current clients.
- Assist with the drafting, filing, and service of court documents and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with court filing deadlines
- Organize, review, and manage case documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact on probate matters.
- Schedule hearings and assist with hearing preparation.
- Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and ethical work habits.
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to function in a highly motivated, team-driven environment.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
