Registered Nurse First Assist - RNFA

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7:30 PM; minimal on-call requirements including some weeknights, weekends, and one holiday per year.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and conduct patient tests within RN scope of practice.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication, and self-care.
• Use experience and judgment to meet nursing goals and ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with significant progress made.
• Experience: 2-3 years of first assist experience in multiple specialties, including robotics, vascular/endo-vascular, spine, and total joints.
• Certifications and Licensure: Active PA Registered Nurse License.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $83,200 to $135,000, depending on experience.
