Our client, a multidisciplinary law firm in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area is seeking a General Liability Paralegal to join their team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
The role is for the General Liability Litigation department focusing on insurance defense work.
Must be able to independently subpoena, review and summarize discovery responses and medical records completely
Schedule, notice, confirm, gather and produce all records related to Independent Medical Examinations
Send relevant calendar invites for deadlines with strong follow-up skills.
Motion drafting includes motions to compel, sanctions, for extraordinary relief and motions to enforce subpoenas
Perform verdict searches, docket searches, social media and background searches
Qualifications:
At least three years of Litigation Paralegal experience
