A long-standing Home Health & Visiting Nurse organization is currently seeking a dynamic leader to be their next Chief Home Health Service Officer. This impactful organization has been providing nursing and rehab care throughout the Boston area for over 40 years! As an affiliate of a highly regarded non-profit community service organization, they are dedicated to helping loved ones to return home sooner, remain in their homes longer and help prevent hospital re-admissions.

This position will have overall responsibility for the oversight and administration of the Home Health Care Services, which includes the effective planning, organization, administration and evaluation of the program's clinical practice, operations, quality and safe delivery of services.

Duties include ensuring that the program complies with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, State regulations, and ensuring the financial viability/continued growth of the program, managing business relationships with all contracted providers, and managing the state and federal relationships surrounding the aspects of Home Health Care Services.

The organization offers a variety of clinical services including: Skilled Nursing, Rehab Services (Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy), Nurse Practitioners, Social Services, and Home Health Aides.

The ideal candidate:

• An expert in the Home Health industry with proven Director/C-suite leadership experience.
• A licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, or extensive Home Care Administrative experience.
