Registered Dental Assistant

Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) needed for group of private practices in the Inland Empire.

We have a group of growing private practices, and are seeking to add an Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 1+ years of experience. Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF/RDAEF2) are also encouraged to apply! Our four office locations are all less than 15 miles from Cajon Dental in Redlands, CA (92373).

Schedule - Full-Time

Monday-Thursday, hours vary : 7 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM- 5 PM, 9 AM- 6 PM, & Friday, always : 7 AM- 1 PM

Usual Hours

Mondays: 9 AM- 6 PM

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays:7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM- 5 PM

Fridays: 7 AM- 1 PM

*Monday-Thursday, hours vary : 7 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM- 5 PM, 9 AM- 6 PM, & Friday, always : 7 AM- 1 PM

Excellent Pay: $22-$28/hour, Based on experience and license*

*Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF/RDAEF2) Pay: $27-$33/hour

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF/RDAEF2), and has over one year of experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their understanding and comfort
• Selecting and setting up instruments, equipment and materials needed
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Taking digital dental radiographs, intra-oral photos, impressions, etc.
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
• Follow HIPPA/OSHA guidelines
• OpenDental experience is a plus not a requirement
• Perform all RDAEF functions (RDAEF only)
• Fillings, Crown Deliveries, etc (RDAEF only)
