Job Snapshot:

• Coordination of field explorations and field logging of soil samples
• Performing engineering calculations/design, preparation of proposals and reports, and project and client support.
• You will have the opportunity to learn and work under the supervision of a Licensed Engineer to further your growth and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• Basic working knowledge of construction plans and specifications
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, with the ability to learn commercial software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and possess the ability to work as a team player
• Overnight, out-of-town travel and the ability to work outside normal business hours
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Routine lifting: 40 to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Engineering Intern certification (EIT)
