Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay Rate: $23 an hour to $26 an hour

Location: Houston, TX 77072

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

A client who serves the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth area with their advanced technology solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:

Initiate collection efforts for past due accounts.
Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and billing issues.
Take detailed notes on collection efforts and notify operations of issues related to outstanding accounts receivables.
Process and post daily cash receipts and bank deposits.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
Process adjustments (debit/credit memos).

List Qualification or Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Great Plains and FieldPoint is a plus.
3 or more years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
Must be punctual and have good attendance habits.
Strong organization and time management skills.
