SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Services Specialist for its client in Scarborough, ME . The person will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of mortgage servicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will handle various tasks related to loan administration, borrower inquiries, payment processing, and documentation management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage mortgage data, which includes posting payments, processing new loans, updating member details, handling payoffs, adjustments, monthly statements, and conducting account research.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to borrowers regarding loan inquiries, payment discrepancies, and account-related issues.
Handles the monthly billing process to the provider.
Creates routine correspondence for members.
Other tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services.
A basic understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing mortgage information and performing related tasks.
Proficiency in mortgage servicing software and Microsoft Office suite.
