Industrial Refrigeration Project Manager

Mullally Brothers, Inc. is a leading industrial refrigeration (Ammonia, CO2 and HFCs) design-build construction, and service company, proudly serving customers throughout the northeast since 1945. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our existing and new cold storage, food and beverage manufacturing and other industrial refrigeration customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation.

· Purchase materials, manage sub-contractors required rental equipment, including all deliveries in support of projects.

· Conduct project meetings with Field Supervisors, Shop Foreman, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Customers and others.

· Maintain project schedule and costs through effective communication across functions and oversight of Field Supervisors. Help resolve all schedule, design and code issues.

· Coordinate start-up/commissioning with our Service Department, Suppliers and Customers.

· Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety.

· Lead others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 3 years project leadership experience.

· Extensive knowledge of construction trades, methods, standards, codes, equipment.

· Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments, including visits to project sites.

· Able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
