Perimeter Behavioral of Arlington has a great opportunity for full-time day and night shift Registered Nurses. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving our patient’s lives by using a patient centered, collaborative approach to providing high quality of care.

The Registered Nurses' responsibilities include the following:

• Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents.
• Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident’s care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan.
• Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident.
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents.
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights.
• Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the facility.

Qualified candidates for Registered Nurse should have the following:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas or eligible compact license.
• New nursing graduates are welcome to apply, but must have one-year direct care experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must be BLS certified.
• Must complete Handle with Care training during hospital orientation.
• Must be available to attend a full week of hospital orientation and department training that follows.

Shifts available: 7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM

*Earn weekday and weekend night shift differential!
