Job Summary : We are seeking a part time Occupational Therapist (OT) in clinic in Brentwood,CA for school based assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Write clinical SOAP notes
- Provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school based and clinic settings
- Collaborate with team members, including teachers and other specialists
- Maintain thorough and accurate assessment and therapy related documentation
- Performs other related duties assigned by management
- Participate in continuing education training
Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification of CA Occupational Therapy (OT) License
- Masters Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles and practices
- Highly developed interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration establishing therapeutic rapport in a child centered environment
- Fingerprint background Clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
