We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as gardeners. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your passion for gardening will be celebrated.

Position: Gardener Location: Boulder, Co 

Hours: Full-Time (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Maintain landscapes and gardens to the highest standards of excellence.
• Operate gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Uphold our commitment to quality and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

• Passion for gardening and plants is a must!
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to learn and grow in the gardening industry.
