Job Description:
We are looking to add a superstar to our beautiful Showroom off North Causeway in Metairie and be a great ambassador of our Brand.

This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 9-5pm, and will help schedule appointments with Clients (people that walk-into our showroom, or submit requests for information via phone, text and email) that request information from us), keep our showroom looking fresh and inviting, help coordinate project functions (like scheduling, billing, and customer support).

We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service experience and a sense for design and personality with strong communication and organizational skills. This role coordinates our customer experience in the showroom and creates an oasis for our clients to see our quality, learn about the company, and enjoy our hospitality. You will also support our Design Consultants, through showroom follow up appointments and general inside sales and customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacts and books Consultations for our Design Consultants with our Customers
  • Serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom
  • Helps with administrative functions like invoicing, making reminder calls and other functions as needed for job success
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, on the phone or via email and deliver general product knowledge
  • Quickbooks experience a bonus, must have track record of trustworthiness

Qualifications:
  • 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience (Retail or Hospitality is a plus) or marketing experience helpful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outgoing with ability to talk to strangers and make them feel at home.
  • Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers.
  • Must be comfortable with Technology Computer, iPad, Phone, etc.
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team.
  • Interior Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home dcor is nice to have but not required.
