Food Prep/Line Cooks & Dishwashers

We're on the lookout for energetic Short Order Cooks, Line Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our dynamic team.

Food Prep & Line Cooks: Experience in fast-paced environments. Ability to whip up delicious dishes on the fly. Skilled in prepping and executing menu items. Thrive under pressure and maintain quality standards. Team player with a flair for culinary excellence.

Work Duties:

• Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
• Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats
• Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients
• Parboiling food, reducing sauces and starting first steps in various dishes
• Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils and cookware, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen
• Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
• Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply

Dishwashers: Keep the kitchen sparkling clean. Work efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Support the kitchen team with dishwashing duties.

Work Duties:

• Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
• Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use
• Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
• Assemble food for patrons
• Prepare takeout packages
• Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
• Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized
