Job Title: Trusts & Estates Litigation Paralegal
Company/Industry: Prestigious, full-service law firm
Location: Proximity to Garden City, NY
Salary: Commensurate with experience + benefits
Status: Direct hire, FT, On-Site
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with New York State's e-filing system (NYSCEF), Surrogate's Court procedure, and local Surrogate's Courts rules
Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings, documents, and correspondence
Assisting with motion practice and preparing exhibits for deposition
Organizing, indexing, and summarizing records
Other related tasks as assigned
