Job Description

Setup DMG Mori vertical mills 3+1 axes in production-oriented shop
Use Zoller tool pre-setter
Opportunity to learn programming on the job
Organize tooling and shop area
Supervise operators and interface with QC
Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.

Requirements:

Ability to operate CNC mills
Great computer and technical skills
Good attention to detail
Strong team player
Must be self-motivated
