As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for certifying the compliance of our products with industry standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting finished parts using specialized tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
• Providing detailed documentation and reports on any quality issues identified during the inspection process.
• Utilizing your proficiency in CNC programming for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Applying your knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Operating various inspection and measuring tools, and utilizing testing methods.
• Interpreting blueprints and applying proficiency in SolidWorks and GD&T.
• Programming CMM, preferably using PC-DMS as the program language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Keyence Optical Systems and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level 1 or Level II.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kazan, or 5S.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A higher degree would be considered a major asset.

Citizenship:

Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and be able to work for any U.S. Employer.
