A R Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Process and record incoming payments from clients accurately and efficiently
- Verify discrepancies and resolve any billing issues or disputes
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries

Experience:
- Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of coding, debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Netsuite experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in accounts payable or customer service is beneficial

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
